.The Customer Platform team are accountable for delivering the core business capabilities for Tolling services for Australian Toll Roads as well as the Customer services for the Australian Tolling brands. This includes the Tolling and Customer operations supporting 2 million tolling trips per day, through trip construction and pricing, toll distribution, interoperability, financial settlement, and Tolling EnforcementAs our Technical Business Analyst, you’ll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It’s meaningful, challenging, and exciting work.This is a 12 month contract role, based in Melbourne CBDDay-to-day, you will:
- Lead Analysis of “as is” business processes, functions and dataflows, technical designs to establish a baseline for change.
- Lead business process re-engineering, defining “target state” business process, functional specifications and data requirements, data retention and archiving/deletion, tying back to data retention policies.
- Develop maintaining Functional and / or Interface Specifications.
- Lead business case development, identifying the benefits that could be realised from the proposed project.
- Documentation of Business Needs Analysis, and the Business Requirements Specification for proposed areas of change, ensuring a holistic view of the scope of change is taken, and that business change management implications are considered.
- Development of Technical test scenarios and, as required plan and facilitation of transition to support.
- Strong experience in working on mission critical platforms / systems (high volume transactions; Customer CRM; Billing; Collection; Digital systems) – in particular Oracle Customer Care and Billing
- Have been part of a variety of project types and sizes. From small and simple to large and complex projects. From process changes to system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and present functional requirements.
- Strong experience in the SDLC (System delivery lifecycle)
- Experience across various delivery methodologies Agile; Waterfall and/or Iterative delivery.
- Experience in data migration / conversion experience.
- Highly effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills with experience collaborating across key technical and business stakeholders.
