About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall success and profitability of the store. Skills and Experience
- Previous retail leadership experience in large format advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a high-performing team
- Experience with achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage priorities
- Ability to work in a busy retail environment
- Experience working with large stock volumes
