The ideal candidate will have strong background in Management, leading a team by example and being hands on in their approach to development and providing an exceptional customer experience.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Manager who can think quickly on their feet and be able to lead and develop a team of up to 15 staff. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will need to be hands on whilst having a clear understanding of day to day store operations including implementing strong inventory management skills in a fast paced environment whilst providing an exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.
