What You Will Be Doing
Our busy Allied Health Outpatient Department is seeking experienced Administrative Assistants / Receptionists who are self motivated, team orientated and possess excellent customer service skills.
The successful applicants will work in the outpatient reception with our vibrant occupational therapy and physiotherapy teams to provide a high standard of care to consumers. The role involves working across multiple clinics with varying administrative and reception processes.
The successful applicant will enjoy a busy and varied work environment and will be comfortable taking a flexible approach to managing the demands of the work area.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using patient information systems such as Electronic Health Records and iPM and learn new programs as required.
• Experience in a busy, fast paced reception or ward environment.
• Ability to work as an effective member of a team

*Please refer to salary circular for (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025) for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
