The Role:

As a Store Manager, you will have the pivotal responsibility of:

• Demonstrating extensive leadership experience within a big box/Large Format volume retailer.
• Utilising strong business acumen and exposure to P&L management.
• Empowering and mentoring teams to cultivate future leaders.
• Implementing effective performance management strategies.
• Applying high-volume stock management skills to optimise operations.

• Retail management experience essential.
• Preferred experience in high-volume or big box stock management.
