About the role:
We are a looking for an experienced and invigorated Store Manager to take lead of a wonderful existing team. To be successful, you will use your skills to positively manage, develop, inspire and coach the team to deliver expert levels of service and drive outstanding store sales.
You will be rewarded with a generous bonus scheme because of your accomplishment in surpassing business targets and KPIs.
Skills required:
- At least 3 years at a retail management level
- CRM and clientelling experience
- Motivating your team to achievement KPIs and store targets using your strong business acumen
- Inspiring visual merchandising ability
- Capacity to successfully drive sales and profitability
- Manage and encourage team performances
- Relationship building expertise and a willingness to learn
- Willingness and experience in instilling a fabulous culture
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills that go above expectations
- Experience in the luxury industry is essential
