Key responsibilities & duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for duties including to:
- Lead, motivate and encourage your team using your expertise in styling and selling to achieve store KPIs including store budgets
- Train and coach new team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure the smooth running of store operations including rostering, inventory counts, eCommerce fulfilment, and visual standards are maintained
- Collaborate to recruit new team members
- Reporting on your store and rostering for the needs of the business
