The Store Manager role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's! About the Role
As a Store Manager you will be hands-on (with your team). The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenge of building and leading a highly motivated team. The roster will be flexible with rotation across all shifts to ensure touch points with the entire team and also the need to work one day on the weekend. We are expecting you to be on the roster with your teams for approximately 35 hours per week, with 3 hours for administration tasks.
Using your amazing leadership skills you will lead our store teams who are passionate and excited to sell our brand!
More specifically your role will include:
- All things leadership!
- As a Store Manager, you will lead our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
- You will split your time between hand on retail work in store and managerial administration work.
- You will be integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
- Administrative duties include rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
- Oversight of store set up and close.
- Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.
What you’ll need:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Skilled at leading and training teams.
- Upselling expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
