The Opportunity
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team to deliver and exceed store sales targets, by delivering an exceptional experience to customers both in store and online.
Role duties, include but not limited to:
- Team Leadership
- P&L Responsibility
- Financial Reporting
- Deliver on commercial performance and viability of the business
- Drive ongoing delivery of professional, courteous, and sincere customer service standards
- Capitalise on sales opportunities to ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets
- Manage staff across rosters, recruitment and professional development
Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years Store Management experience (Bulky Goods experience will be viewed favourably)
- Full Australian Work Rights
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate team members
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Experienced with stock replenishment and inventory management
- Entrepreneurial by nature with a drive to financially succeed
- Experienced with merchandising and ticketing disciplines within a hard or bulky goods environment
- The ability to review, interpret and act upon retail and financial performance results
- A true team player that understands "there's no I in team"
- Experience in Pool products and service is not essential but would be viewed favourably
