The Role

• Manage all aspects of store operations with your team
• Lead, coach and develop the team from the front
• Provide a great customer experience, and engage with our customers 
• Understand our product and assist our customers in making the best product choice from our huge range
• Drive sales and hit the KPI's as set by the company
• Create an inspirational, supportive, and fun environment for you and your team
• Implement promotional & visual merchandising initiatives as directed 
• Ensure store operations and retail standards are maintained 
• Show initiative and be a great team player
• Potential to grow - we will be soon looking for store-based Cluster Managers (3-4 stores) and those excelling in their Store Manager roles will be offered these positions first.

• The ability to deliver exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs

• Outstanding communication skills
• A 'can do', hands on style
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday
