About the role:
Seeking a driven Store Manager to join the team in their Skygate location. As Store Manager, you will drive the team to reach KPI's and targets and be the example for your team. You will take your customers on a journey, delivering exceptional customer service to meet each individual's wants and needs.
About you;
Management experience and passion for furniture/homewares
Experience leading a team through being the example
Experience selling high-ticket items
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
You know how to drive a team towards KPI's and targets to deliver results
Motivated and driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
You know how to engage, inspire and motivate your team to continued success
