This retail giant is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a real dynamo attitude to lead this busy store in everyday operations. This is an incredible opportunity for a successful and senior retail leader, coming from a Supermarket or Department Store background!
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and a capable manager who has the ability to build a great relationships with both customers and team! As the Store Manager you will be able to empower and mentor your team to become future leaders and highly confident retail operators! The ideal candidate will come from a large format background with LOTS of operational experience managing high volumes of stock, have fantastic time management and delegation skills, and have strong business acumen and managing P&L in their business.
Essential Skills Required:
- Extensive background managing volume inventory
- Ability to lead and inspire your team
- A proven track record in exceeding targets and KPIs AND the ability to inspire your team to do so
- Exceptional time management, communication and delegation skills
- Eye for detail - ability to maintain high standards within the busy store
- Ability to lead from the front
- A proven track record turning a business into a performing power house!
