What does an Early Settler Store Manager do?
- Proactively and attentively takes ownership of overall store performance
- Drives sales, profit, controls costs to ensure the achievement of KPI’s
- Ensures a customer centric culture, resulting in a warm, helpful, and genuine customer experience
- Provides inspirational leadership and training to develop their team to deliver outstanding results
- Focuses on commercial results and ensures their team have a clear understanding of store performance
- Be a product knowledge expert
- Adheres to all company behaviours, policies, and procedures
- Ensures a clean, tidy, and safe work environment (including OH&S)
What do you bring to Early Settler?
- 5+years retail management experience
- You are driven and passionate about making a difference with your customers
- A reputation for your outstanding customer focus, relationship building skills and ability to deliver results
- Proven experience leading and coaching teams
- Ability to manage budgets, drive KPI’s, ensure compliance, interpret/create reporting, and generate efficient rosters
- Exceptional organisational abilities and delegation skills
- Honesty, integrity, and open communication
- A strong work ethic, commitment to adding value and ability to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- You will be physically fit, injury free and able to move furniture
