Warehouse Supervisor

Working closely with industry giants such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and many others, we manufacture critical parts for the F-35 Lightning II, MQ-28 Ghost Bat, Commercial Airliners, and various other military programs. 

We are seeking a motivated person to support the warehouse team

Responsibilities and duties will include:

• Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests;
• Assist in the coordination of non conforming product to resolution;
• Ensure accurate documentation, labelling, palletisation and presentation of product is adhered to
• Be responsible for movement and storage of product;
• Unloading & loading of trucks and/or shipping containers;
• Safe and accurate forklift operations;
• Perform all tasks to a high standard to meet the company’s quality standards;
• Participation in Stocktakes;
• Actively and engage in and promote continuous improvement;
• Conduct yourself and interact in a matter conducive to a positive workplace culture
• Demonstrate and promote a proactive commitment to health & safety, wellbeing and the environment whilst complying with all laws and company policies and procedures;
• Other duties as and when required and in accordance with employee skill set.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Problem solving and fault-finding abilities
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of Warehouse practices;
• Previous experience in warehousing
• Current Perform High Risk Work Licence
• Experience with SAP and advantage but not essential
