Southern Sheet and Coil are leaders in the distribution of sheet and coil products, providing a complete range of products to a diverse range of sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Store Person to join our team in Bankstown.
Working hours will be 10:24 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon to Fri.
Reporting to the Warehouse / Transport Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of steel using Forklifts and Cranes, all whilst adhering to WHS legislation and safety processes.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Warehousing/stores environment
- Knowledge of steel sheet & coil products is desirable but not essential
- Experience in operating an overhead crane is desirable but not essential
- Good communication skills
Most important is a great work ethic, a willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
This is a permanent, full-time role with a leading company in the Steel Industry.
