Personal Assistant- Store Operations

What do we need from you?
Previous experience in a similar role supporting a Director, Partner, MD or General Manager
Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency; particularly MS Teams, Excel, One Note and Sharepoint
Strong organisation skills and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong calendar management skills
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and strong relationships with stakeholders
Ability to make logical decisions and promptly action outstanding issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential
