We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Store Supervisor with a passion for providing amazing customer service, and takes a strong initiative towards team building and learning.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Communicate our brand vision, drive store results, and develop a strong customer base in one of our largest Coach stores.
- Support the store and team performance by implementing sales strategies, bring new ideas/ solutions to the team. Increase employee morale and motivation.
- Overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, including product availability and pricing.
Your contribution and experience:
- At least 1-2 years prior experience in a leadership role within luxury retail.
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication within the team.
- Basic computer skills, along with an understanding how to use systems (ex. POS).
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours.
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
- Previous experience supervising at least a team of 20-30 staff.
