You will serve as a role model, inspiring and guiding our team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of store associates, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to uphold exceptional customer service standards.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering a culture of mutual respect and excellence.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and adherence to merchandising standards.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide basic HR support, including scheduling, performance management, and fostering positive employee relations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably within a customer-centric environment.
• Demonstrated leadership prowess with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exemplary customer service.
