Our client is currently on the hunt for a passionate and skilled Luxury Store Supervisor to join their team in the Homebush DFO Outlet Store. 

The Role:
As a Store Supervisor, you will be overseeing and driving daily store operations to deliver a seamless shopping experience, while ensuring the renowned customer service standards are consistently upheld and exceeded. 
You will be leading, motivating, and cultivating a dynamic team of sales professionals towards achieving their individual and store targets and KPIs.
You will be effectively managing stock control and maintaining top-tier visual merchandising aesthetics, while working very closely alongside the Store Manager to implement strategies for store growth and improvement.

Skills & Experience:
•    Enthusiastic about fashion and retail, with a resilient drive to succeed.
•    Understanding of the luxury market and its clientele.
•    Strong experience across Ready-to-Wear category.
•    Polished presentation with stellar customer service abilities.
•    Confident sales skills and strong background in clienteling.
•    Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
•    Proficient at achieving sales goals & KPI objectives.
