Salvos Stores is seeking to employ a Warehouse Storepersonto work at our main warehouse / distribution centre for our operations in St Peters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for;
- Pick and prepare store orders efficiently and correctly using the correct paperwork, systems and operating procedures;
- Other duties may include baling clothing, loading or unloading stock from trucks, maintaining cleanliness of the work area and disposal of unusable items;
- Meeting occupational health and safety obligations.
ABOUT YOU
As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following essential criteria;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to work under supervision and to work in accordance with a schedule;
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of customer service;
- Up to date LF forklift license;
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
