Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:
- Managing inventory and stock levels
- Receiving deliveries of goods and distributing to relevant departments
- Liaising with hotel departments about ordering and stock
- Managing invoices
- Ensuring the correct documentation is completed for all goods entering and leaving the stores
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous warehousing/stores experience
- Understanding of Purchase Plus is advantageous
- Micros Symphony Menu Engineering understanding
- Comfortable using Excel Spreadsheet
- The ability to coordinate multiple tasks, while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
