About The Role:
You will be working with a tidy and well maintained mixed use portfolio.
- Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
- Training and mentoring junior staff
- Assisting the General Manager with decision making and budgets
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Your own dedicated assistant
- Attending networking events
About you:
Candidates with relevant related experience with in the property/legal industry will be considered.
Ideal but not essential.
- 3 + years experience as a Strata Manager or similar
- Ability to manage diverse portfolios
- Ability to manage staff
- High attention to detail and administrative skills
- Understanding of Strata Legislation and related regulations in NSW
- Class 1 or 2 licence preferred
- Experienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships
