They are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their team! The successful candidate will be spoilt with ongoing support and mentoring from an experienced management team.
The Role:
- Responsible for a portfolio of up to 80 buildings and 1,000 - 2,000 lots
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders by telephone, email, in writing and attend face to face meetings
- Meeting preparation and follow up
- Host/Chair Annual General, Executive Committee meetings and any other meetings as required
- Financial reporting including general accounting and budgeting
- Manage the invoicing of levies/service charges
- Arrears monitoring and where necessary implementing collection strategies
- Coordination of maintenance tasks
- Enforcement of rules/by-laws with the issuing of notices, orders and certificates
- General secretarial tasks
- Mentor other members within your POD/Team
- Other tasks as required from time to time and as directed by your General Manager
The Person:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role
- Valid Certificate of Registration or Strata Management License
- A strong knowledge of the current strata law
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You must be a people person and team player
- Be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
- Experience in PropertyIQ advantageous
- Up to $120k + Super
- Work from home 2 days a week
- Monthly RDO and wellbeing days
