As a Strata Manager you will be involved in all aspects of managing a portfolio of properties with the guidance of a Senior Strata Manager and the support of a solid Administration and Finance team. Your role will involve providing expert advice to clients regarding strata legislation, overseeing preparations for various strata meetings, and assisting in dispute resolution. In addition, you will be afforded the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of strata management through your exposure to various departments across the firm.

- The ability to interpret and apply complex legislation to a range of properties and strata schemes
- Confidence to offer advice and coordinate mediation and dispute resolutions as required
- Proven resilience and the ability to work in a high pressure environment
