Apollo Investment is dedicated to collaborating closely with private investors to identify and secure successful SDA projects. We are currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team.
Role
This pivotal role involves reporting directly to the Directors of the company and working seamlessly with various business units. Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and assessing property acquisition opportunities tailored for private investors in line with the Acquisitions Brief.
- Negotiating Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Development Management Agreements.
- Conducting feasibility analyses and studies on proposed acquisitions.
- Reaching agreements on fees and scope with consultants providing input to projects under review.
- Undertaking research to inform product mix decisions.
- Ensuring product designs meet specifications, minimize risks, and are built efficiently.
- Maintaining a focus on optimizing project returns through cost savings, design changes, marketing strategies, time savings, and strong relationships.
- Preparing accurate budgets.
- Arranging valuations.
