The Role

• A well-managed small to medium-sized portfolio - take over from the current Strata Manager who is moving internally within the business
• Predominately commercial portfolio with a handful of residential
• You will have the opportunity to manage this portfolio and work solely on your own experience and guidance - support from the general manager and director
• Accounts and administration support
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Meeting Management, maintaining AGM’s

The Candidate

• Strata Management experience within mixed-use or commercial
• Ability to work under own initiative and direction
• Customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills are paramount
• Can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop a strong lucrative career
