Your Role
We are currently looking for a licenced and experienced Strata Manager to join our team. If you are a positive-minded and energetic person who loves to help people and to be part of a dynamic team environment, this could be the position for you.
This is an opportunity to learn and grow working side-by-side with our experienced managing director, who has been in the strata industry for over 10 years and has trained and mentored many people setting them up for successful careers in strata. At the same time, you will be given the chance to innovate and express your ideas to help shape the company and its future.
You will be managing a portfolio of well-established buildings and getting remunerated based on the size of the portfolio with uncapped earning potential. Your salary package will be based on experience and will be reviewed regularly. We will also endeavour to offer you career development and growth opportunities as our company grows.

About You
Ideally, you hold a strata management licence and have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry, either as a Strata Manager or assistant Strata Manager.
Have a strong knowledge about legislation, financial reporting and procedural requirements.
Have experience in dealing with conflict resolution, mediation and finding common ground. Additionally, it would be an advantage if you had experience managing BMCs and building defects, but it is not an essential requirement.
Have a driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
Have a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn each day.
Love helping others and are a great team player.
