Branch Manager | Inner CBD Suburb
Salary guide: $130,000 + Superannuation + Additionals

• Experienced Branch Manager, Team Leader and or Senior Strata Manager looking to take the next step (must have people leadership/management experience)
• Lead, coach and develop a team of strata managers and assistants
• Facilitate 1:1s, team meetings, recruitment, managing escalated matters
• Managing a small portfolio
• Flexible working 3 days in office, 2 WFH

Role 2:
Senior Strata Manager | Inner CBD Suburb
Salary guide: $120,000 + Superannuation + $36,000 Additionals (approximately)

• 4yrs+ Strata Management experience
• Managing a mixed portfolio of approximately 1500 lots
• Join a social and interactive head office team
• Flexible working 3 days in office, 2 WFH

Role 3:
Strata Manager | Eastern Suburbs
Salary guide: $90,000 - $100,000 + Superannuation + $11,000 Additionals (approximately)

• 2yrs+ Strata Management experience
• Managing 50-60 mixed schemes
• Polished and professional communication and approach
• Flexible working 3 days in office, 2 WFH

Role 4:
Assistant Strata Manager | Inner CBD Suburb
Salary Guide: $75,000 package

• 2yrs+ as an Assistant Strata Manager
• Providing support to a Strata Manager overseeing 1800 lots
• Strong time management, administrative and customer service skills

Role 5:
Relief Strata Manager | Lower North Shore
Salary Guide: $80,000 + Superannuation

• 2yrs+ Assistant Strata Manager experience looking to take the next step
• Provide relief coverage managing portfolios (not required to chair meetings) for annual leave coverage and providing support to the General Manager for adhoc projects
• Career development to move into a dedicated portfolio into the future
• Strong time management, administrative and customer service skills

Role 6
Junior Strata Manager | Lower North Shore
Salary guide: Up to $80,000 + Superannuation

• 2yrs+ Assistant Strata Manager experience looking to take the next step
• Manage a portfolio of 40 schemes (end to end)
• Flexible working 3 days in office, 2 WFH after probation

Role 7
Assistant Strata Manager | Lower North Shore
Salary guide: $75,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

• 2yrs+ Assistant Strata Manager experience
• Support a team of 3 managing maintenance and repairs, renovation projects, fire and insurance
• Flexible working 3 days in office, 2 WFH after probation
