As our new Workshop Administrator you will work alongside our Adelaide workshop staff to provide support with inquiries, parts ordering and inventory, while assisting the Workshop Manager in fulfilling various administration needs. - Assist other Fleet & Maintenance/ Tyres/property maintenance administration as required
- Manage and maintain the data entry of all work carried out, including parts entry
- Liaising with enquiries from internal and external customers
- Coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, and other duties as required for the Centurion Fleet
- Third Party Invoice pricing and reconciliation
- Vehicle Registration of Centurion Fleet
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Previous workshop Store Person / administration experience advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team
