About Your Role:
- Direct and manage the entire spectrum of building defect claims, coordinating effectively with our independent network of professionals, including structural engineers, legal experts, and remedial construction specialists. Apply your specialized knowledge in guiding projects through pre-warranty assessments, legal proceedings, and post-settlement defect rectification.
- Maintain high levels of communication, providing regular updates and reports to clients and strata management.
Your Background:
- Solid background in Strata property management, particularly in handling building defect claims
- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Strata Management, or related fields.
- In-depth understanding of the Home Building Act, NSW building codes, and Strata legislation.
- Outstanding communication abilities, with a talent for generating thorough, precise reports. At least two years of professional experience in Strata management or a similar area. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service with a proactive and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be proactive and coordinate effectively during all phases of the building defect process: from initial claims to court proceedings, and through to the completion of building defect post-deed rectification works
- Facilitate meetings, manage schedules, and liaise with builders and external experts.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery, adherence to deadlines, and effective problem-solving.
