Join our amazing client’s team as a Strategic Asset Manager for an exciting project in Adelaide. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing Strategic Asset Management Plans, ensuring assets are fit for their intended purpose and comply with relevant laws, health policies, and quality standards in Adelaide!
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Asset Managers, providing quality asset data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish asset registers, oversee Asset Management Plans.
• Implement and manage auditing programs.
• Conduct Asset Criticality Assessments and implement necessary controls.
• Ensure plans align with strategies and KPI targets.
• Produce Method of Work Plans.
• Upskilling team members.
• Assist in performance management and enhancement.
• Monthly reporting.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar Strategic Asset Manager role in a large enterprise.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in asset management.
• Proficient in Strategic Asset management tools/systems (SAP, Tririga, Maximo, etc.).
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Asset Management, or Business (highly regarded).
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards.
• Exceptional commercial acumen related to asset lifecycles.
