The Opportunity:

As Strategic Client Solutions Manager, you will work with the sales teams to achieve their revenue goals by providing strategic insights for briefs, managing the brief response process from start to finish and playing a key role in the pitch/presentations to clients. You will also be responsible for:

  • Supporting the sales teams to optimise revenue through proactive and reactive brief response outcomes
  • Architecting brief responses and storytelling through the delivery of an insight, idea and strategy
  • Designing how a client solution works as well as clearly articulating inclusions, engagements, reach, phasing, insights, the consumer journey and investment cohesively and succinctly
  • Tapping into data analytic tools and confidently work with Data, Research & Insights to forge telling data-based stories
  • Help lead and incorporate creative ideation and creative strategy into your stories
  • Ensure that the brands objectives are met in the response, that the idea relates to the brief and that the value proposition “What’s in it for the brand” is clearly articulated
  • Play a key role in the pitch/presentation of responses – either leading or involved in as required
  • Develop proactive opportunities to drive revenue

Experience:

You’ll bring extensive media experience, creative storytelling ability and demonstrated strategic solutions selling capability. A mix of strategy, integration, marketing and/or media sales experience (working with client or agency side) will set you apart from the pack! You will also:

  • Thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working across large scale, integrated briefs.
  • Be able to research and insights expertise to analyse competitors, clients and potential clients, trends and pricing issues. Experience using common planning, research and strategy tools preferred.
  • Consult and help bring to life creative or data-based strategies on out of home.
  • Be a pro on PowerPoint and able to translate ideas into eye catching stories.
  • Have the ability conceptualize challenges and client pain points easily as use intel, data & innovative thinking to problem solve.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills to all-levels.
