This dynamic financial services firm is looking for a Part Time Client Services Officer to join their Wealth Advice team. The days and start and finishing times are flexible with a minimum of 25 hours per week. Please include your preference of days and hours
The CSM role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support to the Advisers and is best suited to a detail-oriented person who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The responsibilities include:
- Supporting Advisers in managing client relationships
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare documents and reports for client review meetings
- Data entry
- Implementation of new applications, including all switches or redemptions, fund manager follow-ups, share transfers and transactions (including completing forms where necessary)
- Assist with preparation of Statements of Advice
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced skills in using and understanding Xplan
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interaction skills
- Relevant/ similar experience in Financial Planning
- Proven ability to understand industry requirements and compliance needs.
