What you will do as a Strategic Communications Advisor The Senior Communications Advisor is a client-focused role that delivers high quality communication strategies for external audiences across multiple channels to support our strategic objectives. The role works across the organisation, from our senior executive, to internal and external clients and business partners, including intermediaries, production and media agencies. 1. Provide specialist advice to stakeholders on the creative design, delivery and, implementation and evaluation of external communications products and activities, including website and social content, and other written communications. 2. Prepare project and work plans detailing measurable milestones and outcomes; monitor project and work progress and manage priorities; deliver work activities within the agreed timeframes to a high standard. 3. Understand and comply with existing operating policies, standards and procedures and deliver strategic advice to stakeholders on the appropriate course of action. 4. Support the team’s continuous improvement agenda, contributing to the development of new communication policies, standards and procedures, and the introduction of new tools, as well as supporting internal business partners in understanding and adopting these.
