Strategic Insights Consultant - Strategy For Tier1 Clients

As an Insights Consultant with a background in consumer research, you’ll apply research skills, creativity and commercial nous to multifaceted commercial problems that have a real-world impact.
  
By understanding and representing the voice of the customer, you will create clarity so businesses can make courageous decisions such as: how to minimise waste, deliver products that resonate, create valuable community services, shape compelling communication strategy, and design the culturally relevant brands of tomorrow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support client conversations, understand problems, and create strong relationships
• Help to create compelling proposals and research programs.
• Design research for: pricing choice models, product development, concept development and brand & communication research
• Strong project management skills to set up research through to data collection
• Analysis and synthesis of data sets (Q/SPSS) to uncover crucial consumer insights.
• Produce reports, presentations and strategic roadmaps to clients to inspire action

  
Required & Desirable skills:

• Previous market research agency experience – essential
• Experienced in quantitative survey design
• Experience of stats packages like SPSS/Q
• An interest in qualitative research methods.
• Passionate about culture, behaviour and research technology
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines and priorities with flair!
