YOUR ROLE
Step into this newly created role within our high performing Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity will see you support the implementation of our new Strategic Sourcing & Insights strategy. You will help shape our strategy around external talent, internal talent, talent pools, market insights, social recruitment, posting strategies, and branding.
You will act as a key member of the Strategic Sourcing and Insights extended leadership team, supporting, and contributing to the overall strategy, direction, and outcomes.
This role is a permanent role and can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Auckland

ABOUT YOU
- Expereince in driving Talent Sourcing and Mapping within a complex business
- You have experience coaching, mentoring and developing a team.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the status quo.
- A background in working across a diverse set of concurrent projects.
- Experience of using a CRM, being a champion of its capabilities and opportunities
- Can articulate the latest trends in TA and how they can be applied.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated commercial acumen.
- Strong data and digital literacy with a passion for new & emerging technologies or platforms that will assist in sourcing talent.
