Who are we?
The is a small team responsible for administration of a levy on all building and construction works in Western Australia. We use this levy to assist in a skilled workforce by funding training and programs for apprentices, trainees and their employers in the building and construction industry.
Our newly built modern offices are based in Belmont with ample free parking onsite.

Job Description
The Strategic Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the CTF’s Strategic Operations and programs are managed efficiently. The role has two key functions; strategic oversight of the levy and programs area and program evaluation, design analysis and reporting.
This role will require someone with exceptional project management skills in relation to funding programs; working with the data analyst, setting up and running performance dashboards, and ideally will have experience in process improvement and continuous improvement management systems.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: * Demonstrated experience in program evaluation, design, management, analysis and reporting.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to lead programs and program teams.
- Experience in strategy and forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships; engage and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capacity to interpret and apply legislation.
