AddressOur Client, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Projects Communication Specialist to provide strategic and tactical communications for a portfolio of Strategic Projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an overarching communications approach for Strategic Projects.
- Collaborate with the Communication team to achieve divisional and corporate objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development and lead the implementation of corporate communication strategies focused on Strategic Projects.
- Organize and play a key role in delivering stakeholder events, seminars, and webinars.
- Contribute to and promote the implementation of multi-channel digital communication campaigns within the Communication team and with industry segments.
- Provide guidance to the Communication team in prioritising activities and support senior communications consultants on project communications delivery where appropriate.
- Ensure adherence to financial, records management, risk management, and audit controls.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration within the Communication team to achieve team outcomes.
- Ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with record management policies and procedures, meeting legislative and business requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in communication, public relations, or journalism.
- Minimum five years of hands-on communication experience with a focus on transformational change projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to influence internal and external stakeholders, align communications with corporate strategy, and provide value-added communications input.
- Highly developed editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to deliver trusted and reliable communications advice to senior leaders.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
- Capacity to keep key reports regularly informed of project progress, ensuring a no surprises approach to communication delivery.
