This is a fixed-term position working Casual for 2 months, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am until 4:30pm.
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who embodies our values and is ready to make a difference:
Education: Currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Business and/or Project Management.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel, strong analytical abilities, and experience in administrative tasks and tender support.
Communication: A transparent and open communicator who thrives in a results-driven environment.
Team Player: Proactive and collaborative, with a passion for contributing positively to the team dynamic.
Your Responsibilities:
Assisting with analytics and completion of tender responses. Review data and look at financial aspects
Liaise with operational and administration staff to ensure client requirements are met and maintained with tenders.
Assist with the tendering requirements of the Business in preparation, estimating and timely submission, in conjunction with the REMONDIS Team.
Assist in preparing tenders to a high standard and manage accurate cost estimates with the support of the Leadership Team.
