ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our strategic plans for growth and expansion means we are looking for a Strategy Business Partner to play a pivotal role in helping Ampcontrol lead the global energy revolution.
As a senior member of the Strategy team, you will be responsible for proactively assisting and coordinating the development of annual strategic objectives, metrics, targets and plans.
Mainly you will focus on:
- Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the business and driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Providing fact-based insight to assist in the development and delivery of business objectives.
- Proactively identify potential acquisition opportunities, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating any risks and challenges.
- Supporting the development and execution of our strategy, ensuring alignment across teams and communicating strategic direction to stakeholders.
What are we looking for from you?
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, economics, finance or related field – essential
- Excellent strategic agility and ability to work creatively and analytically in decision making and problem-solving environments, with excellent critical thinking and writing skills.
- Extensive experience in business and market research and analysis.
- Involvement and understanding of M&A processes and activities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous experience within a capital intensive, infrastructure, energy or resources sector would be highly regarded.
