• Salary up to $120k + Super + bonus

About the Role

We are assisting our client in finding an exceptional, internally focused Strategy Consultant to develop growth strategies, work at the forefront of technology across a broad range of topics. The candidate will need end to end thinking and the abiity to facilitiate decision making and provide the analytical support for the program of work. They will work cross functionally to drive key projects and provide specialist strategic and advice to key stakeholders in all stages of project initiatives. The role requires them to help lead engagements across a range of complex and diverse business matters to include strategic planning reviews, growth initiatives, competitive analysis and market initiatives.

Key requirements

• Extensive growth strategy consulting experience from an external or internal consulting environment, preferably from a tier 1 or tier 2 consultancy or inhouse strategy team
• Experience of a broad range strategic projects
• Well versed in business case development, problem solving frameworks.
• Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to build credibility and influence
• Finely tuned analytical skills - financial analysis/modeling
• Strong academic background
