The Role
You will be responsible for the development of clear, executable strategies for the Direct Distribution channel and our strategic alliance partnerships that support profitable growth and the achievement of the Hollard Group and Commercial Division strategies.
In your capacity as Strategy Manager, the core functions of your role will be:
- Supporting the development of the Direct Distribution strategy and strategies for our strategic alliance partners with a focus on customers first and the fair exchange of value between customers, partners and Hollard
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on strategic communications and supporting the translation of the strategy into executable plans
- Uplifting the strategic thinking capability across the Direct Distribution team
About You
- 3-5 years’ experience in a strategy consulting firm or at least 6 years’ experience within an in-house strategy function
- Well versed in the application of first principles and rigorous hypothesis driven approach including an advanced strategy toolkit
- Advanced commercial acumen and understanding of financial and non-financial performance drivers
- Advanced storyboarding and PowerPoint deck writing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in order to manage all levels of management & multiple stakeholders
