ABOUT THE ROLE
The King's School is seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team and contribute to the holistic development of our students.
As an all-boys high school, we are dedicated to providing a comprehensive and enriching educational experience, and physical fitness plays a pivotal role in shaping well-rounded young men. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will be responsible for designing and implementing a progressive and evidence-based strength and conditioning program tailored to the unique needs of adolescent boys.
Please note, this is a Term Time opportunity at The King's School in North Parramatta.
As our Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the physical fitness and performance of our students in the Senior School. Your responsibilities will include :
• Designing and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for various sports teams.
• Conducting fitness assessments and tracking individual progress.
• Collaborating with the Head of Athletic Development and S&C coaches to integrate strength and conditioning into overall training plans.
• Educating athletes on proper techniques, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Managing the fitness facilities, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and creating a motivating training environment.

• Demonstrated experience in Strength & Conditioning
• Post Graduate Degree (Honours, Masters or PhD) is desirable
• Current or previous experience working in schools would be an advantage.
