Positions Available:
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and driven individuals to join our team. We currently have multiple positions available for:
- Workshop Supervisor
- Factory Boilermaker / Welder Fabricators
- Apprentice Boilermaker
- Experienced Onsite Structural Steel Installers / Riggers
- Truck Driver
- Spray Painter / Yard Person (All-rounder)
About You:
If you are self-motivated, keen, and experienced, and if one of these roles sounds like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply!
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of Structural Steel fabrication and erection experience.
- Ability to read, understand, and fabricate from shop drawings.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to think "outside the box."
- Capability to carry out onsite set-ups and installations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliability and high attention to detail.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current driver’s license is essential.
- HR or HC license is advantageous.
- Construction induction card required.
- EWP, Forklift, C6, Dogman, and Riggers tickets are highly regarded.
- Must pass a police/working with children’s check for site roles.
- Willingness to work onsite and away for short periods.
- Availability to work in various locations across Victoria.
- Leadership or supervisor training is an advantage.
