Brezac Constructions was established in 1986 and specialises in the manufacturing, assembly, distribution and installation of Fabricated Steel Works.
Today, Brezac Constructions is a Quality Assured business that services a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and mining.
We are seeking a person who has a foundation in Structural Steel estimating and has experience in coordinating projects. We are considering a broad range of experience. You could be someone just starting out in this field of work or someone who has years under your belt.
The purpose of this position is to:
- Ensure the efficient and effective tendering and quoting of projects.
- Complete activities related to the management of projects to ensure projects are delivered in full on time and within budget.
- Ensure the efficient flow of information from one team to another meets the goals of the business and the expectation of clients and subcontractors.
The role is responsible for:
- Managing tender and quote correspondence.
- Review of drawings and tender documents to create of schedule of costs, collation of 3rd party quotes and final submission of tenders and quotes.
- Participate in internal and client tender and project meetings.
- Use of system tools to ensure all project requirements are met as per contracts/ purchase orders and agreements.
- Control of quality assurance and control activities such as but not limited to ITP’s, Weld Mapping, Material Test Certs and MDR Collation.

You will be working with a small team of people comprising of estimator, project coordinator, contracts administrator, site supervisor and administrative support. The tendering and project team also works closely with the factory and site, and we believe this interaction leads to great project outcomes.
Brezac Constructions believes in work-life balance and as such the position is 38 hours a week with some reasonable additional hours required.
We have some flexibility in relation to start and finish times.
Salary will be commensurate with your experience.
