Our Opportunity

We are looking to supplement our growing team with the addition of an experienced Structures Site Engineer to work across multiple Projects on a full-time basis. Based out of metro Perth, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the all-round operations, planning and executing the works.

Role Responsibilities:

• Performing overall quality control of all work and reporting regularly on project status. 
• Interpreting clients needs and requirements and comprehending the clients scope of work and technical specifications 
• Generate and review construction schedules including resource allocation. 
• Identify and assess drawing changes for any financial or time cost impact. 
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings including steel schedules. 
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Creating and maintaining project documentation
• Assist with internal and external audits. 
• Working closely with site supervision. 

Role Requirements:

• Degree qualification in relevant field - Engineering, construction, or similar.
• Experience of working in civil and construction particularly in structural concrete works.
• Experience working on PTA & MRWA projects desirable. 
• Construction White Card.
• Full working rights.
• Self motivated, ambitious and driven personality. 
• Ability to work independently. 
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
