AIF are looking for an Admin Officer to join our team, working remotely from anywhere in Australia.
About the Role
- Full time permanent role; Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm
- Work from home - fully remote role anywhere in Australia
- Maintain the high quality and compliance needed for the RTO/VET Sector
- Assist with Government Funding schemes, project work and ad-hoc administration duties
- Work to achieve KPIs and meet set timelines
- Being part of the National Administration Team, the successful applicant will need to provide support for both our Students and our internal Teams. This is a multi-faceted role that will suit someone who likes to be busy and thrives on providing exceptional support and service.
About You
- Tech savvy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work as part of an engaged team and independently
- Proactive approach to process improvement
- Previous experience with RTOs, the VET Sector (desirable)
- Initiative and a drive to deliver high quality work
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications and HubSpot
- Experience with Local or Commonwealth funding (specifically Smart & Skilled and WA Gov funding) will be advantageous
