About the Role

Ready to shape the future of education? Join us as a Student Recruitment & Enquiries Officer where you'll champion our Arts/FFAM Divisional Group and play a key part in spotlighting our programs. Support our Student Recruitment strategy across Australia and globally, handling enquiries, updating course info, and helping plan recruitment events. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide responsive, timely and discipline/program-specific support and advice to prospective students, and staff in the Future Students Hub.  
  • Provide reports on trending enquiries and issues in a timely manner to the Recruitment Manager.  
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of undergraduate and graduate recruitment activities. 

Who we are looking for
We are seeking an individual with a background in Student Recruitment, enquiry management, or admissions within higher education. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling effective engagement with a diverse array of stakeholders across various levels.

You will also have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.  
  • Demonstrated commitment and experience in providing a high level of service delivery to students and Divisions alike.
  • High-level interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships and influence optimal outcomes for the University, Faculties and students.

This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and maintain an up-to-date Working with Children Check. This is essential to guarantee a secure environment for all individuals at the University. In the case the selected candidate doesn't have a valid Working with Children Check, they will be able to apply for the WWCC as part of the initial onboarding procedures.
