Our culture celebrates diversity and prioritises wellbeing and belonging, ensuring our people can thrive.About The Role:The Enquiries and Admissions Officer guides students through the enrolment process, from initial enquiry to finalising payment. This includes:

• Provide advice to prospective students on course offering, the application processes, and requirements, ensuring information is accurate and understood.
• Act as decision maker for assessing student applications by becoming an Authorised Enrolment Delegate.
• Receive and process applications, including following up leads, assessing applications, ensuring pre-enrolment information and administration is accurate and converting applications to enrolments.

We are excited about you because you have:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and maintaining confidential customer files and associated correspondence.
• Currently studying (enrolled and actively working towards completing TAE within two years) OR have a completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) including Design & Develop Assessment tools (TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B) and address Adult language, literacy and Numeracy (LLN) skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A)
• Relevant vocational qualification and/or competencies at least to the level to be delivered and assessed

Individuals with a secondary education degree can deliver training in any VET context 'under supervision'.
