The College is seeking applications for the following position:
Student Services Officer
Continuing, part-time – 35 hours a week, 39 school term weeks plus one week at the beginning of the school year

The Student Services Officer is responsible for ensuring a welcoming, well organised, professional and effective Student Services area. The SSO has First Aid responsibilities and provides support and direction to the Medical Support Officer. The SSO will provide general services to students, the Principal, School Leaders, and others as needed. This role will require a willingness to assist others as the need arises.
The Student Services is responsible for receiving, recording and distributing accurate information regarding student attendance on a daily basis. This position requires accuracy and the ability to calmly and effectively balance several tasks during busy periods. The Student Services Officer will have high level of digital technology competencies with a typing speed commensurate with the needs of the role.
This is an important position as it requires a high level of communication skills with students, teaching staff, parents, non-teaching staff and other community members
